💧 Care Guide (Easy to Follow!)

This beautiful cactus is surprisingly easy to care for, even for beginners! Follow these simple tips for a happy, healthy plant:
  • ☀️ Sunlight: Prefers bright, indirect light or partial sun. Avoid harsh, direct midday sun to prevent sunburn on its soft skin.
  • 💦 Watering: Water sparingly! Only water when the soil is completely dry (usually every 2-3 weeks in growing season). Keep 100% dry in winter during dormancy to avoid root rot.
  • 🌡️ Temperature: Thrives in 15-30°C (59-86°F). Can tolerate short periods down to 5°C (41°F) when dry. Keep it warm and dry in winter!
  • 🪴 Soil: Use a fast-draining cactus/succulent mix with extra perlite or pumice for perfect drainage.
  • ⚠️ Important Note: This cactus has a large taproot, so make sure your pot is deep enough to accommodate it! Never overwater — it’s far better to underwater than overwater.
