💧 Care Guide (Beginner-Friendly!)

This sculptural succulent is surprisingly low-maintenance, perfect for plant lovers of all levels:
  • ☀️ Sunlight: Thrives in bright, full sun to bright indirect light. More sunlight enhances its vibrant green color and keeps the crested form compact. Protect from intense midday sun in summer to prevent sunburn.
  • 💦 Watering: Follow the "soak and dry" method. Water thoroughly only when the soil is completely dry (every 2-3 weeks in growing season). Keep nearly dry in winter during dormancy to avoid root rot.
  • 🌡️ Temperature: Ideal growing temperature 18-30°C (65-86°F). Can tolerate short periods down to 5°C (41°F) when dry. Protect from frost!
  • 🪴 Soil: Use a fast-draining cactus/succulent mix with plenty of perlite or pumice for excellent aeration.
  • ⚠️ Special Note: This plant is a Euphorbia, not a true cactus! Its white sap is toxic if ingested and can irritate skin — handle with care, wear gloves when pruning, and keep away from pets and children.
